Some specific software is required for setting up the Open
Telecare Initiative digital vault besides the standard Kamikaze
packages. I have created a number of packages for installation on a
Kamikaze 8.09.1 system running on the ASUS WL-500G Premium hardware.
Recently, I have started using a Linksys WRT160NL running Backfire 10.03.1-rc3.
The packages for these systems have shown to work.
Packages are provided “as is” without any warranty or support.

fly_2.0.1_mipsel.ipkThis package contains cross-compiled code of the fly program. Fly was written by Martin Gleeson. There you will also find the copyright information. Also see http://martin.gleeson.net/fly/ for documentation. Fly requires that libgd, libpng, libjpeg and libfreetype libraries have been installed.

This package contains cross-compiled code of the openobex library. This library is required for using obexftp to transfer files over bluetooth. I obtained the source code from http://sourceforge.net/projects/openobex/files/openobex/1.3/openobex-1.3.tar.gz/download. More information is available at http://dev.zuckschwerdt.org/openobex/wiki/ObexProjects . Openobex requires that the bluez infrastructure is working correctly.
obexftp_0.22-1_mipsel.ipkThis package contains
cross-compiled code of version 0.22 of the the obexftp application.
Obexftp is intended for making
mobile devices that feature the OBEX protocol and that adhere to the OBEX FTP
standard accessible using an open source implementation.
Source code is available from
sourceforge.net, but also through this openobex wiki
http://dev.zuckschwerdt.org/openobex/wiki/ObexDownloads.
The idea is that the OTI Digital Vault can send information to a mobile phone and
that this is a convenient alternative for using a computer to communicate with the Vault
in the home environment.
This package contains cross-compiled code of the software needed for capturing data with the TMSi Telecare Mobi. After installation use single_channel -h and multi_channel -h for usage info. Sourcecode is available through support@tmsi.com
